Media Education is managed by MEDA (www.medaegypt.com) which is known as Arascope‘s training department. MEDA’s Strategy is unique for the following:

MEDA conducts seminars, workshops, and camps to train groups and communities in how to use media to effectively communicate a message MEDA works with communities, social groups and those from governmental and non-governmental organizations. Examples of clients we have provided training for include:

Media professionals currently working in the industry, such as Egyptian television directors and camera people.
Cinema Institute graduates.
Governmental organizations, such as the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Mansoura University.
Development organizations such as Caritas Egypt, Association of Upper Egypt, UNICEF Egypt, and Development Service Center.

Instructors:

MEDA’s instructors are first-class national and international media experts and academics. They come from a range of backgrounds, including Egyptian and American university professors, award winning Australian and American writers, European artists, and Hollywood professionals. They cover a wide scope of knowledge and skills, in a variety of media forms and production roles.
